Our Educational Objective

Our Education Objectives are obtained through the following standing committees:

  • The American Indian Scholarship Committee collects scholarship funds for the RAIN Program at the University of North Dakota.
  • The College of the Ozarks Committee assists with educational expenses at College of the Ozarks.
  • The National Defense Committee keeps the members informed concerning National Defense issues through articles published in our magazine, The Colonial Courier.
  • The Patriotic Education Committee distributes NSDAC patriotic bookmarks containing the American's Creed and images of the important symbols of the country and their dates of acceptance, to elementary-school students, to new citizens at Naturalization Courts, to Scout Troops, and through libraries.
DAC supports the Civil Air Patrol

Among it's educational endeavors, DAC supports the Civil Air Patrol

DAC Member Katy is an adult member of the Boca Raton Composite Squadron Florida Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, where her son, Kyle, is a member. He is presently a senior in high school and has earned his private pilots license and is working on additional ratings at this time. He plans to fly commercially after obtaining a college degree.
